The Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Sales Representative who understands construction, enjoys meeting people face-to-face, and can confidently guide clients through the early stages of their project. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and values long-term client relationships over quick wins.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attend scheduled sales appointments and generate leads through outreach and door knocking

Meet with homeowners and clients to assess project scope and needs

Perform estimates or gather detailed job information for estimating

Clearly explain project options, timelines, and expectations to clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact through handoff

Manage leads, accounts, and follow-ups within our CRM system

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions into production
What We’re Looking For

Strong construction background (required)

Sales experience, preferably in construction or home services

CRM and account management experience

Confident communicator with a professional, trustworthy presence

Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Requirements
