The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple active projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lead both internal teams and customer communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously

• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within approved budgets

• Coordinate and manage materials for assigned job sites

• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the build phase

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects moving forward

• Maintain accurate job documentation and internal reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive hands-on construction experience (required)

• Proven project management experience in construction

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality

• Clear, professional communication skills with both teams and customers

• Ability to pass a drug test
