The Role

The Field Laborer / Helper supports our crews on active job sites by assisting with daily construction tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping ensure projects move forward efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who works well with others and can be relied on to show up consistently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with daily construction tasks across job sites

• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Support skilled trades and crew leads as needed

• Follow job site safety procedures and company standards

• Work as part of a team to keep projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Prior construction experience (required)

• Ability to work well with others and take direction

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Dependable, punctual, and reliable

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Valid driver’s license preferred (but not required unless noted)
